A 15 min discovery call is an introductory session designed to help us find out if there is a good fit for working together. During this call, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your goals and challenges, while I will explain my approach and how it might meet your needs.
This session goes into depth of the identified concerns. This session is 1h 15min long.
This session focuses on the physical body. It helps to take the edge off and makes you feel more positive and calm. You can book this session if you feel anxious or distressed. This session is 20 min long.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING SESSIONS

During an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session, we work together to explore the emotional patterns and experiences that shape your thoughts, behaviors, and reactions. This includes identifying triggers, unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs, or moments where you feel you’ve lost your power.

As we tap on specific meridian points in the body, we combine this somatic process with techniques from emotional psychology, including:

Reframing old experiences to create new perspectives

Guided imagery to safely process memories and emotions

Addressing trauma at its core, including inner child work

Identifying limiting beliefs and shifting patterns that hold you back

Regaining personal power and self-agency

This combination of tapping, cognitive insight, and emotional processing helps release emotional blocks, restore balance, and create a sense of calm, clarity, and empowerment. Many clients notice reduced emotional intensity, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of control over their responses by the end of a session.
