My journey in psychology began with a deep curiosity about human behaviour and emotional patterns. After moving from the Czech Republic to New Zealand in 2009, I pursued extensive studies in behavioral psychology, followed by postgraduate work in addictions and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). To deepen my understanding of trauma and emotions, I earned certification in emotional psychology and completed training in Holotropic Breathwork.

Professional Experience

I have worked in diverse therapeutic and clinical environments, including:

  • Supporting elderly individuals and people with autism

  • Providing care in prison environments

  • Working with clients experiencing serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder

These experiences have honed my ability to provide trauma-informed therapy online NZ, EFT therapy in New Zealand, and emotional regulation therapy, equipping me to support clients facing a wide range of challenges.

In addition to my private practice, I co-facilitate Holotropic Breathwork sessions with my partner. This powerful technique helps individuals access deep emotional healing and personal transformation.

My Approach

My practice combines Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in a method I call emotional psychology. Using EFT tapping on meridians alongside cognitive work, I help clients access and shift emotional patterns in a practical, structured way.

I am committed to providing a grounded, evidence-informed, and responsibility-focused approach, offering tools and guidance that empower clients to navigate life with clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
